A Brief History
Operating as ACTE Solutions in 1999, Eitan Rooz and his father Kalman Rooz, developed our first generation software, SURECLAIM and immediately became one of Ontario’s fastest and easiest-to-use OHIP Billing desktop applications.
In 2006, Eitan took over the company and rebranded as HYPE Systems and introduced QuickClaim, an updated and redesigned desktop software. Since that time HYPE Systems Inc. has managed to stay on top of the curve with applications such as QuickDocs, Q-Requisition, and then, our online and secure, HYPE Medical was introduced in 2013. This 20+ years experience has made HYPE one of Ontario’s premier medical billing, scheduling and practice management software.
With 23+ years experience In the OHIP Billing landscape, Eitan has his finger on the pulse of the industry and likes to keep his software on the forefront of what his users want and need.
